He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jim, Charley and Mary. He is survived by: his sons, Jake McGowen (Judy) of Midwest, Robert McGowen (Misty) of Douglas and Justin McGowen; his siblings, Bill McGowen of Lyman, Wyoming and Reba of California; and his niece Joany Scantling (Larry) of Mansfield.
