He is survived by: his children, Belinda Elmore (Kenny) of Witcherville, AR, Philip Puckett (Ronda) of Mansfield, AR, Barney Puckett (LeeAnn) of Fort Smith, AR and Gary Puckett of Witcherville, AR.; and his siblings, Doris Jones of Fort Smith, AR, Eugene Puckett of Conway, AR and Joe Dan Puckett (Barbara) of Georgia.
