He was predeceased by: his father Oscar Bryan "O. B." Wagner; his brothers, Fred Wagner, Ralph Wagner and Dean Wagner; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Wagner, Jerome Gray and Bud Erney.

He is survived by: his wife Charolette Green Wagner; his sons, Tommy Wagner (Heather) of Manila and Wes Wagner (Katy) of Manila; his grandchildren, Ty Wagner, Ella Wagner, Scarlett Wagner and Warren Wagner; his siblings, Don E. Wagner (Toshya) of Manila, Jim Wagner (Nancy) of Jonesboro, Freda Gray of Salem and Linda Erney of Jonesboro; and his parents-in-law, Ty and Kesha Costner Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
