She is survived by: her daughter Kay Alvarez (Howard Alexander) of Manila, Arkansas; and her siblings, Gary Eubanks (Donna) of Missouri, Joe Eubanks of Missouri and Lorine Nance of Manila, Arkansas. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
