We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2022, at the age of 81, Toncelia Webb Moore of Manila, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Webb and Cordia Bell Giles Webb; and her siblings, Jimmy McCain and Kim Webb. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Moore; her sons, Brent Moore (Pamila) of Manila and Kent Moore (Margaret) of Manila; her sisters, Juilda Kay "Jill" Poe of Leachville and Ernestine "Tinnie" Miller of Linden, TN.; her grandchildren, Heather Moore Kisner (Robert), Codie Moore Huffman (Michael), Morgan Moore Noble (Matt) and Weston Moore; and her great grandchildren, Lydia, Bradley, Jett, Tripp, Amelia, Luke and Saylor.
