He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pannell and Dorothy Pannell (Jones); his wife Cathy Pannell (Barnes); and his siblings, Johnny Pannell, Faye Pannell, Sarah Brister and Janie Pannell.
He is survived by: his children, Buddy Pannell (Regina) of Osceola, AR, Catina Hart of Marie and Jamie Ragan (Gary) of Marie. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and life long friends.
