Steve Sidney Whitson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Sidney Whitson (Manila, Arkansas), born in Helena, Arkansas, who passed away on January 14, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Euel Claburn and Jimmie Irene Howell Whitson; and his son Steve Sidney Whitson, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Christie Selfors (Charles) of Jonesboro and Laura Wallace of Charleston, Tennessee; his brother Earl Whitson (Agnes) of Marvell, Arkansas; and his pet Jo Jo. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; his favorite ex wife.

In Lieu of flowers, the family request consideration of a one-time donation be made to the NEA Humane Society in memorial/honorarium of Mr. Steve Whitson.
