She was predeceased by: her husband Dean Cherry; her parents, Clarence Brooks and Annie Modine Garrison Sammons; her siblings, Everett Sammons, Bill Sammons, Opal Sammons, May Jones, Elsie Donner, Nellie Northington, Dorothy Hilburn, Jane Sammons and Jean Sammons; and her great grandchild Zachary Riggs.
She is survived by: her sons, Danny Cherry (Debi) of Manila, Ricky Cherry (Karla) of Manila and Dr. Tony Cherry (Penne) of Paragould. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
