He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam A. and Lera Belle Baker Bollinger; his daughter Julie Bollinger; his siblings, Jimmie Bollinger and Wanda Green; and his grandson Phillip Bollinger.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalee Holt Bollinger; his children, Sammie Bollinger, Jr. (Wanda) of Mountain Home, Artie Bollinger (Charlene Brown) of Manila, Tim Bollinger (Terri) of Jonesboro and Duffey Short (John) of Manila; and his sister Pat Jolliff of Manila. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
