He is survived by: his wife Teresa Carmichael; his children, Buddy Carmichael (Krystal) of Leachville, Matthew Miller of Manila, Kristy Griggs (Jason) of Fayetteville, Tracy Brown of Paragould and Ashley Bohannon of Kentucky; and his sisters, Franny, Lousie, Mary, Kimberley, Debbie, Vickie, Judy and Lisa Ronnie. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
