He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bell and Ocie Lee Simpson; and his sisters, Ivy Hudson and Katie Mason. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Simpson; and his sons, Terry Wayne Simpson (Charlotte) of Houston, Bobby Joe Simpson (Robbin) of Houston, Richard Kyle Simpson of Manila and Ian Dylan Simpson of Manila, Arkansas. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
