It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Lee Carter of Manila, Arkansas, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on June 1, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Butler and Audrey Davidson Butler; and her son Jason Carter. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Carter; her daughter Jennifer Carter of Manila; and her siblings, Jimmie Butler of Imlay City, MI., Tommy Butler of Imlay City, MI., Cathy Dishman of Macon, GA and Dorothy Sammons of Leachville.
