He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mullinix; his children, Shawn LeRoy Mullinix of Walhalla and Laura Lee of Gosnell, Arkansas; his stepchildren, Michael Tarver of Manila, Arkansas and Delaine Hamilton of Manila, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Kayla LeAnn Mullinix, Hailey Jessica Jean Mullinix, Jackson Lee Mullinix, Hunter Tarver, Jacob Tarver, Michael Tarver, Jr., Laci Rountree, Matt Rountree, Rossalyn Bell, David Pasley, Bradlee Hamilton, Makayla Collins and Kaden Collins; and his great grandchildren, Oliver Arnold Bridgman, Sophia Jaine Mitchell, Brooklyn Tarver, Gaige Tarver and Nora Jean Pasley.
