He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Arthur and Randle Irene Sweet Hill; and his wife Mary Jo Hill. He is survived by: his son Keith Hill (Megan); and his sister Patricia Carter (Joe) of Manila. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
