He is survived by: his wife Laverne Kelley; his children, Joshua David Duncan of Monroe, GA., Kelley Casper of Social Circle, GA and Crystal Gale Duncan of Monroe, GA.; his stepchildren, Joe Towles of Sherwood, AR and Lisa Cheadle of Manila; and his sister Annetta Stewart of Bay, AR.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
