She was predeceased by: her husband Horace Box; her parents, Paul Churchwell and Maxine Thompson Churchwell; and her sister Susan Amos. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Horace Robson of Forrest City, Tanya Fleeman (Duane) of Manila and Rebecca Grubbs (Jason) of North Carolina; and her close friend Nancy White. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
