He is survived by: his wife Tonia Wadkins Shilharvey; his father Robert Shilharvey of Warrenton; his brother Michael Shilharvey (Nancy) of Warrenton; his sister-in-law Suzanne Shilharvey of St. Paul, MO; and his stepchildren, Brett and Nicole Holtz (Richard) of Manila. He is also survived by 3 Step-grandchildren, 1 nephew, 3 nieces, 3 grandnephews and 4 grandnieces.
