He is survived by: his wife Freedia Johnson; his son Johnnie Johnson Jr. of Manila, AR; his siblings, Harold Johnson of Carroll's Corner, AR and Gearldean Hicks of Orrick, MO; his granddaughters, Chloe and Kaitlon Johnson; and his great grandchild David Shepperson III.
