He was predeceased by: his sister Pauline Cook. He is survived by: his wife Minnie Williams Flanigan; his children, Shane Flanigan (Lequita) and Rebeccia Misner of Manila; and his sister Alma East of Fort Worth, Texas.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
