She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Guthrie and Pauline Williams Guthrie; her son Wayne McCormick; her grandchildren, Jared McCormick, Sarena Halfacre and Lindsay Emfinger; and her siblings, George Guthrie, Walter Guthrie, Lula Mae Walls and Martha Dean Mask.
She is survived by: her husband Ervin McCormick; her children, Chip McCormick (Judy), Suzie Whitehead (Terry) of Sarepta and Betty Stull (Rodney) of Taylor; and her sister Virginia Muerer. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
