He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter James and Bessie Louise Dunning Watts; his wife Norma Faye Stone Watts; and his daughter Donna Weathers. He is survived by: his children, Tom Watts, Debbie Copeland (Jimmy) of Manila and Brenda Davis of Manila; and his sister Jean Watts of Meridian, MS.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
