He is survived by: his wife Janice Carruth; his sons, Chris and Mitchell Carruth; his grandchildren, Ashlyn, Dylon, Madison, CJ, Laura and Ethan; his great grandchild Rosten; and his siblings, Eugene, Terry Jo, Elgie and Ellen.
