She is survived by: her son Ronnie Effinger (Vickie) of Manila, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Kimberly Jo Palmer of Pocahontas, Steven Massey (April) of Manila, Arkansas, Joseph Massey (Brandi) of Manila, Arkansas and Thomas Massey of Manila, Arkansas; and her friend Madeline Ford. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.
