He is survived by: his children, Jeremiah Cater of Murfreesboro, Phillip Cater of Monett, Jeff Cater of Leachville, Arkansas, Kim Cater of Doniphan and Holly Webster of Leachville, Arkansas; and his siblings, Lee Cater of Manila, Bobby Cater of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Mary, Becky Wilkie of Heber Springs and Karen James of Jonesboro, Arkansas. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
