He was predeceased by: his parents, Estel Roy and Violet Cook Burrow; and his siblings, Larry Cook, James Cook, James Burrow and Mary Burrow.

He is survived by: his son Grant Lewis of Houston; and his siblings, Gene Burrow (Dianna), Laura McDowell (Darrell) and Doris Jones of Texas.
