He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Bryan "O. B." and Bertha Griffin Wagner; his brothers, Fred Wagner, Ralph Wagner, Dean Wagner and Wayne Wagner; and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Wagner, Jerome Gray and Bud Erney.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Laci and Timber Don; his wife Toshya Rice Wagner; his children, Kent Wagner and Aimee Wagner McLaughlin (Mac); his grandchildren, Luke McLaughlin (Kaula) and Janna Lace Wagner (Kailib Brooks); his great grandchild Timber Don McLaughlin of Manila; his siblings, Freda Gray of Salem, AR, Linda Erney of Jonesboro and Jim Wagner (Nancy) of Jonesboro Don; and his sisters-in-law, Neva Wagner and Charolette Wagner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
