He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Franklin and May Franklin (Lorene); his sons, Calvin Dean Webster and James Bradford Webster; and his sister Billie Matthews.
He is survived by: his children, Anita Webster Tracy of Cordova, Jeanette Steward (Greg) of Daphne, Alabama, Richard Allen Webster (Lisa) of Tennessee, Roger Franklin Webster of Savannah and Mickel Keith Webster of Savannah, Tennessee; and his siblings, Bobbie Jean of Blytheville, Judy Small of Lexington, Tennessee and Jerry Webster of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
