With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Shipley of Manila, Arkansas, born in Piggott, Arkansas, who passed away on May 3, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Shipley and Carrie Loveless Shipley; his son Charles S. Shipley; and his siblings, Paul Shipley, Cathy Trosper and Linda Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Laverne Shipley; his daughter Shari Morton (Tommy Davis) of Marmaduke, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Joseph Shipley of Manila, Jeremy Morton (Rosie) of Louisiana and Nicole Van Der Werken (Mike) of Florida; and his daughter-in-law Angela Shipley of Manila. He is also survived by many brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws.
