He is survived by: his wife Tonnie Burns Bateman of Rector, Arkansas; his children, Ashley Bateman of Blytheville and Charles Andrew Bateman of New Waverly, Texas; his grandchildren, Alyla Garza, Chase Bateman and Kaleigh Garza; his mother Rachel Miller (Billy) of Blytheville, Arkansas; and his siblings, Scott Bryan Bateman of Blytheville, Arkansas and Ginger Ford of White House, Tennessee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and long time friends.
