She was predeceased by: her parent Ollie Dallas Petty; her former husbands, Jerry Cowgill and Joe Bolton, Sr.; and her siblings, Dallas Petty, Barney Petty, Buryl Petty and Martha Jane Petty Gookin.
She is survived by: her husband Tim Clark of Camp, Arkansas; her son Jeffery Cowgill of Grady, Arkansas; her grandson Collin Cowgill of Tupelo, Mississippi; and her sisters, Mary Rose Branscum Worthen (Petty) of Salem, Edna May Shaw (Petty) of Greenway and Della Gail Jackson (Robert) of Piggot, Arkansas..
