She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Ward; her parents, Frank Young and Mae Young (Jones); her sons, Jackie Ward and Roy Ward; and her siblings, Charles Conley, Jerry Qualls, Margie Douglas, Pearl Chambers and Janet Thigpen.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Jones and Shawn Ward; her stepchildren, Bobby Ward, Ruby Murphy and Linda Anderson; and her daughter-in-law Sandra Ward. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives and friends.
