It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lionel Raines of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas, who passed away on July 29, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Vanderbilt Raines and Lizzie Mae Raines (Johnson). He is survived by: his son John Raines of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas; and his siblings, Steve Raines (Debra) of Apple Valley, Keith Raines of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas, Judy Patterson (Wayne), Donna Osorio of Carpentersville and Karen Mabe (Terry) of Morgantown, Kentucky.
