It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Parks Edgar E. (Mammoth Spring, Arkansas), who passed away on October 29, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Parks and Nellie Parks (Whipking); his children, Gregory Parks, Charlie Parks and Rose Drury; his granddaughters, Misty and Angie; and his brothers, Arthur "Buck" Parks, Cornell Parks and Carl Parks.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy R. Blessinger; his children, Jack Parks (Joan) of Petersburg, IN, Theresa Parks of Mammoth Spring, AR, Connie Brown of Thayer, MO and Suzzie Parks of Thayer, MO; and his siblings, Harry Parks (Lil) of Jasper, IN, Bob Parks of Jasper, IN, Patty Schmitt (Howard) and Diana Bockstahler. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and step-grandchildren, numerous great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and many great friends.
