He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Eugene Koelling and Maudie Agnes Koelling (Walker); and his grandson Shelby Scott Druck Koelling. He is survived by: his wife Bonita Kay Wilkening of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas; his children, Lyle Koelling (Rebecca) of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, Rhonda Mitchell (Johnny) of Koshkonong and Trena Spears (Justin) of Mountain Home, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Luke Barker (Samantha), Stephanie Cox (Matt), Clay Rucker (Kari), Stacie Tableriou (Tommy), Tesa Ramskow (Matt), Hunter Boles (Lindsey), Blake Spears and Kali Koelling; and his siblings, Dale Koelling of Mammoth Spring, Gerald Koelling (Bonnie) of Byhalia, Mississippi and Nora Koelling of Hammond, Indiana.

Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
