He was predeceased by: his mothers, Dollie Callahan and Lora Banks Callahan; and his children, Ronald Callahan and Roberta Sadler. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn L. Flynn; his children, Linda Humphrey (Bobby) of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas and Donnie Callahan (Cindy) of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Terry Humphrey (Jennifer), Kristy Blue (Jordan) and Stacey Jones (Jeremy); his son-in-law Richard Sadler; his siblings, Chuck Callahan (Sharon), Regina Rakoczy (Wally) and Donna Fraley (Jim); and also, Judy Smith, James Reed, Tom Smith (Jay) and Warren Dolphus. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
