He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlow Good and Anne Good; his brother Richard "Dickie" Good; and his niece Jessica Good. He is survived by: his children, Carey Fosburgh (William) of Grovertown, Christopher Good (Kristen), Mammoth Spring, Nicholas Good of Colorado and Kristie Good of LaPorte, Indiana; and his siblings, Joyce Bays (Danny) of Westville, Vernon Good of Lafettye, Claudette Cantrell (Roy) of Wellston and Norman Good (Jeanne) of Culleoka, Tennessee. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
