He is survived by: his daughters, Monica Gail Andrews (Don) and Kathryn Anderson (Gary); his grandsons, Tanner Andrews and Eric Anderson; his great grandchild Carson Andrews; and his nieces, Sue Hampton and Donna Brooker.
