Evelyn Sue Vaughn Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Sue Vaughn (Mammoth Spring, Arkansas), who passed away on June 27, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Hightower and Isaphene Hightower (Tharp); her brother-in-law Darrell Gill; and her niece Charlotte Williams. She is survived by: her husband Charles Vaughn; her stepsons, Davin Vaughn (Gail), Tracy Langston (Kristie) and Dawnisa York (Joe); her grandchildren, Lauren, Kelly Vaughn, Brooks Langston, Amber, Lane Reynolds and Casey York (Kimber); her sister Wanda Gill; and her nieces and nephews, Larry, Nathan Gill, Theresa Lancaster (Eddie), Isaphene Pierce, Crystal Smith (Mathis), Kinley, Emma Smith and Tasabath Taylor Malone (John). She is also survived by her family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the youth programs at the Mammoth Spring First Baptist Church in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas.
