She is survived by: her husband Terry Lettner of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas; her son Akim H. Lettner of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas; and her siblings, Dieter of Germany, Helga, Ingred and Crista of Germany. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
