He is survived by: his wife Debby Bostic Skaggs; his children, Dylan Skaggs (Haley) of Salem, Logan Skaggs, Justin Skaggs and Lauren Skaggs; his parents, John Skaggs and Gaye Skaggs of West Plains, Missouri; his parents-in-law, Dan and Vicki Bostic of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas; his sister-in-law Diana King (Dennis); his niece Abby King; his nephew Ian King; and also, Gary Trail, John and Gaye. He is also survived by other relatives; and many friends.
