He was predeceased by: his brothers, Joseph Michael Bird, Billy Russell Bird and Larry Lee Bird; and his niece Brenda Bird. He is survived by: his wife Kristen Fleetwood; his children, Arron Lee Collins and Mickeal Dale Collins; his niece Erica Frazier; his stepdaughter Samantha Higgs; his siblings, Nancy Frazier (Mitchell), Judy Delaney, Juanita Faye Owens (Steve), Jerry Lynn Collins (Susan Lance), David Bird (Jessica) and Charles Bird (Laurie); and his close friend Frank Hurst. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
