He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Welcher and Barbara Reed Welcher; his brother Donald Ray; his brother-in-law Nacho Reyes; his grandparents, Verah, Bearl Reed and Sassy; and his pet Riger.
He is survived by: his wife Beth Welcher; his daughters, Kirstie Lance (Chris) of Benton and Amber Stroup of Hot; his grandchildren, Emorie Wibbelsman, Kayson Stroup, Linden Lance and Cannon Lance; and his sisters, Diane Reyes, Kathy Davis (Chuck), Debbie Beason (Lewis) and Sharon Rentfro (Caroll). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
