He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Wallace and Vallye Stacy Wallace; and his son Russell Ernest Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Patty J. Wallace; his son Scott Wallace (Debbie) of Malvern; his grandchild Jerry Burrow (Becky) of Poyen; his daughter Melodee Gentry (Jimmy) of Oklahoma; his granddaughter Vickey Clark of Little Rock; and his sisters, Mary Frances Sears (Frankie) of Mayflower and Patricia Ann Corless of San Clemente, CA. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
