He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillard Webb and Beatrice Lowry. He is survived by: his sisters, Flora Webb Philpart of Boca Raton and Alma Carr-People of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.; and his close friend Exia Joe (Travis Hogan). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brandon's Mortuary (329 W 3rd St, Malvern, AR 72104). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
