He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Armstrong and Edna Harkins Armstrong; his wife Thelma Armstrong; his son Mark Armstrong; and his sister Marcile Owen.
He is survived by: his daughter Dana Gray (Mike); and his grandchildren, Joshua Gray of Malvern and Amanda Gray of Malvern. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
