She was predeceased by: her husband Danny Fernandez; her son Phillip Hooker; and her sister Karen Lott. She is survived by: her daughters, Mickey Childress of Malvern, Amy Martinica of Florida and Shalara Hopkins (Joseph) of Malvern; and her siblings, Boyd Sykes of Benton, Arlin Sykes of Malvern, Charlotte Marvel (Danny) of Benton and Kathy Crouch (Jim) of Sheridan. She is also survived by 2 step children, 15 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren.
