She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur St. Clair and Faye Scurlock James Jr.; her husband Thomas Tugwell (Tommy); her brothers, Hebert James and Lamar James; and her son-in-law Bill Glover.
She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Jones (Eldon) and Fay Glover; her adoptive daughters, Trenda James (Kerry) and Debra Shepherd (Marshall Spears); her sister Carolyn Cooper of Malvern; her grandchildren, Chad Burrow (Johanna), Brad Burrow (Madeline) and Riley Jones; and her great grandchildren, Konner Branch, Kiley Wise (Jase), Laikynn Burrow and Ryan Burrow.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Regency Funeral Home (1839 Pine Bluff St, Malvern, AR 72104). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
