He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil McDade and Elsie Tarkington McDade; and his siblings, Martha Matthews, Alta Cline, John McDade and Paul Franklin McDade.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Cunningham McDade; his children, Bryan McDade (Esther) of Corning, AR and Melissa Repko (Taylor) of Hiltons, VA; his grandchildren, Lydia Repko, Valerie Repko, Ava Repko and Silas Repko; and his siblings, Loraine Swinnea (Fred) and Marvin McDade (Shirley). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
