It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elijah Donelson Jr. of Malvern, Arkansas, who passed away on October 26, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Elijah leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Donelson, Sr. and Ruby Lee Thrower Donelson; and his siblings, Oscar Jacobs and Kathleen Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Kendra Donelson of Malvern; his siblings, Lewis Thomas (Maggie) of Malvern and Bertha Thomas of Flint, Michigan; and his nephew Alvin Murdock (Stella) of Malvern. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Brandon's Mortuary (329 W 3rd St, Malvern, AR 72104).
