He was predeceased by: his parents, Chanel Joseph Ouellette and Ernestine LaChance Ouellette; and his daughter Michelle Danielle Cole. He is survived by: his sons, Dan Ouellette, Jr. (Tammy) of Malvern, Jeffrey Ouellette of Malvern and Charlie Cole (Alysa) of Conway, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Danielle, Carissa and Shelby; his great grandchildren, Zander, Cecilia, Ethan, Ella, Emmalynn and Theodore; his sister Leslie Miklus of Connecticut; his brother-in-law Jack Matis of Malvern; and his wife Joyce. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
